Tired of the same old workout? We may have just the thing to liven things up. A new wellness hotspot has just opened in Sydney. Luxe Yoga is quite possibly the most comprehensive boutique fitness studio you’ll find on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. With a coffee lounge, retail store, and spin studio, you’ll be going for the sweat sesh and staying for the lattes.
The converted warehouse recently opened up its doors mere steps from the beach. Expect a fun and, dare we say it, luxe environment to tone bodies and balance busy lifestyles.
Regardless if you’re a total beginner or enlightened yogi, the classes are fun, light-hearted, and accessible. Whether you’re in for a meditation or some retail therapy, you’ll be sure to find your bliss.
The owner, founder and yoga devotee Nadine Lafleur left no detail unattended when creating her dream studio, making it a one-stop-shop for all things wellness.
“In fashion-forward global cities like Singapore, London and LA, studios have been combining their offers of mind-body practices with energetic cardio workouts, such as indoor cycling or spinning. Yogis and Pilates fans get a variety of classes in one place and don’t have to go elsewhere for their cardio fix,” says Nadine Lafleur.
What To Expect
The converted warehouse offers bright, open spaces. A crèche is also open daily so you can workout stress-free knowing the kids are taken care of. Along with qualified instructors, you get all the benefits of a luxury boutique studio: changing rooms, showers, hair dryers and all the necessities post-workout. The clean, modern setting has an urban feel. The open lounge and coffee shop are ideal for people watching whilst sipping your a-grade coffee.
“Most of us believe dragging ourselves to the gym for a hard workout a few times a week will allow us to indulge in that extra dessert or cocktail. What if that workout was actually the treat? What if we could have a fun and feel great during the session rather than purely thinking about the rewards? The idea at Luxe is to create a lifestyle, a way to live and feel healthy and balanced,” explains Nadine Lafleur.
Not only a space to work up a sweat, Luxe Yoga offers a feel good factor long after you’ve left the studio. Safe to say you had us at “Luxury Wellness”. Be sure to check it out and see for yourself!
