A neighborhood favorite in Victoria, Combi, the café inspired by the iconic Kombi van, is cruising along and crossing borders for its second installment.
Combi Has Set Up Shop In Byron Bay
New South Wales can now rejoice at the new opening of healthy hotspot Combi in the heart of Byron Bay. Located on Fletcher Street, the café brings its famous fun and light-hearted approach to food and nutrition to Byron. Expect to get all your Melbourne favorites. We’re talking about their house special fair trade coffee, fermented bread, Kombucha on tap, and lip-smackingly good organic raw food. Yep, we’re drooling at the thought too.
Combi is inspired by founders Anthony and Penny’s adventures through Bali, Hawaii and New York. The concept initially started as a small traveling coffee shop in their back of a VW Kombi van and has now been transformed into a wholesome hotspot (and Instagram favourite). Fast forward to today and Combi still boasts the same approach to quality food and a passion for wellness.
“Over time, our knowledge and passion for organic food has grown. When we opened our café we took this as the opportunity to really breathe life into being a beacon of wellness, organic and raw,” explains Penny in an interview with Collective Hub.
With raw nut milk, delicious and beautifully crafted smoothies as well as Instagram-worthy meals, we have reason to believe this one-stop shop will make a serious impact and is definitely here to stay.
