It’s that time of year again where the women of Sydney come together for the ultimate sweat session, NTC Tour Sydney.
Weren’t part of the fem-squad in 2015? Not to worry, you can sign up today and experience Nike’s five-hour fitness extravaganza this year on Saturday, 19th March at Darling Island Wharf, Pyrmont.
The day is an exercise experience unlike any other. Beginning with a group warm up to get you in the zone, followed by three training sessions from a mix of Nike+ Training Club workouts, spin, circuits, boxing and running, and finishing with a well-deserved post-workout celebration, NTC Tour is designed to push you to your limits in a fun, estrogen-fuelled environment.
Now I know what you’re thinking – I can’t exercise for five hours in one day! Never fear, Nike have you covered with the NTC Tour Training Journey which kicks off today and will run for the next six weeks to get you primped and primed for the big day.
So if you’re new year resolution was to get fit and you’ve given up already, this is the perfect way to get back in the game as Nike’s training sessions are not only led by expert Master Trainers but they’re also free (so there’s really no excuse!). The training schedule offers workouts every Monday and Wednesday, as well as a special Saturday session onboard the MV Epicure-turned-Nike Just Do It-float. Yep – they’re on a boat. Departing from Man O’ War wharf, Circular Quay at 9am, you’ll be squatting to 360-degree harbour views – not a bad upgrade from your daily running route.
But it’s not all raining sweat at NTC, on the day you’ll be able to relax in the lounges, catch up on your Instagram in the social media hub, treat yourself to the beauty and massage station and enjoy top performances from an epic entertainment line-up.
There’s even a pop-up Nike shop for a sneak peak of the brand’s latest collections and fitness technology.
This year, Nike is encouraging women to grab their girl squad and register in a group because there’s nothing like a sweaty sister to keep you motivated (or to make you actually do round 4 of Kayla Itsines’ BBG).
Grab your Nikes and fit-friends and register today, and be sure to track your progress by using the hashtag #ntcsquadgoals.

Don’t live in Sydney? NTC Tour will also be taking place in Melbourne and Auckland or there may be another NikeWomen Victory Tour in your city. Find out what other Nike events can get your heart rate up here.
