What Does Your Sleep Style Say About You

1) If You’re A Side Sleeper

If you sleep on your side, it means you’re a pretty popular person with an A-list personality. Take a look at how this person sleeps. You’re all over the place, comfortable with anything and everything. According to Nectar Sleep, these people can take to anyone and trust everyone. At the same time, this can also mean that the side sleeper is a very gullible person. You are the star of the show, and you’ll take anyone in so that they are comfortable. Usually, there’s a pillow between the legs of a side sleeper, which means that they like to hang onto people in a social sleeping. If you stretch out in this position with your arms out, you’re also someone who is always with a big group of people.

In addition to keeping your face safe from aging quickly (sleeping on your face gives you wrinkles and bone loss), you are the strong and powerful type! You don’t take no for an answer. You are calm, cool, and collected. Nothing can really take you down. You love structure and you take yourself seriously. Even in your sleep, you strive for health. Unfortunately, we can’t say you will keep super quiet sleeping like this. When you sleep on your back, you’re prone to snoring.

When you sleep on your stomach, you truly don’t have a care in the world. You are a risk-taker. This type of sleeper are not closed off or not nice, it’s your personality to do you, all the time. You might need a bigger bed than most because of your need to sprawl out and have fun. Although you are free-spirited and want to sleep like this, it may actually be the worst for your back and neck, because of the way you are positioned on your bed. Instead of burying your face in a pillow, move your neck to the side for more comfortable rest.
