Today, we will learn about the art of manifesting from spiritual master, Bryant Wood, because it is about creating your world, and we are all connected through this and how it’s all about loving your state of being. The Art of Manifesting, According to a Spiritual Master

Let’s be real: Manifestation does not matter unless you are happy. This means we must first do everything in our power to figure happiness for ourselves. The universe could give you something better than your imagination, and because you haven’t cultivated the love focused inward, you wouldn’t be able to enjoy it or perceive it, if it was there. Manifesting 101 is extremely simple. Everything around you is a co-creation by you, and for you, to enjoy and participate in. We are all programmed to look for certain things. Let Bryant explain a little further below and you will start to understand.

Here’s How You Can Manifest

Close your eyes and try to name as many things in the room as you can. Then open them. Notice there are many things in the room that you did not name. This is because your consciousness only allows a certain amount of information into your experience at one time. When you know what you are looking for, you will prove yourself right! So how do we program ourselves to see and experience what we truly desire? I am so glad you asked! Here is the practice. Look around the room and find something that represents the highest vibration of love to you. Stare at it, and begin to breathe it into the body. From here, you may move on to the next step in the manifesttatoin process, which is to soften your body and began breathing life into those cells of yours.

Soften your body, and as you breathe in, feel this vibration enter you from the feet up and begin to vibrate your cells. Let this vibration of love become your state of being as you access high quantities of it with your breath. Begin to attune your awareness, on a moment to moment basis, to things, people, and sensations that feel the best to you. Begin, then, to embody these frequencies. When you make what you love your state of being, then what will be your reality is an expression of the love that you already are.. Have fun with this.
