Come Christmas morning, there’s a lot to think about. Have you bought all your gifts? Have you catered for your gluten-free guests? Is your carols playlist more cheery than cheesy?
It’s a busy day, and fitting in a workout isn’t usually a top priority. Aside from the fact that most gyms are closed, it’s a holiday and we should give ourselves a day off, right? Well, you could … or you could smash out a quick sweat sesh upon waking to kickstart your body’s fat-burning abilities for the rest of the day.
Since we’re fans of the latter, we’ve teamed up with Bondi-based personal trainers, the BUF Girls to bring you a Christmas workout that’ll have you sweating like a turkey in an oven. It requires no equipment and can take as little as four minutes. It’ll help promote weight maintenance, relieve festive anxiety and will put you in a healthy frame of mind for the meals ahead.
So what are you waiting for? Pop on some Bublé, it’s push ups, then potatoes.
