There’s nothing more enjoyable than strolling around the markets on a Saturday morning, with a coffee in hand, getting inspired by all the fresh produce to prep for a healthy week ahead and grab yourself a well-deserved bunch of your favourite flowers while you’re at it.
Well, dear Melbourne friends, your Saturday mornings are about to get a lot more zen with the ever-so-popular Queen Victoria Markets offering free yoga classes throughout the month of February.
Yep! From February 3rd – 24th, market-goers can add yoga to their morning market routine and join classes from Melbourne-based wellness hub Twosix Wellness.
Run by Twosix Wellness co-founders Bree Pagliuso and Emma Udorovic, the ‘I Love Summer’ flow classes will feature smooth tunes and slow, gentle movements designed to suit any level from beginners to intermediate and advanced.
But that’s not all the Market is offering. In celebration of the new year and to encourage the cultivation of healthy habits (January is ALWAYS just a trial month, after all), you can also enjoy a curated self-guided Market Wellness Trail which highlights all the wholesome treasures that can be discovered at Melbourne’s favourite marketplace.

The Markets is basically morphing into an all-round wellness hub, and quite frankly, we LOVE it!
Following the free yoga classes in A Shed, visitors are invited to download a Market Wellness Trail map and start their own wellness tour — think; refreshing fruit juices, single-origin herbs and spices, vegan-friendly treats, hand-made beauty products, and more.
Keep scrolling to learn more about what you can expect from the Market Wellness Trail:
