Miami, get ready for a serious infusion of fitness because Life. Feel Great Community just opened its doors in the Florida city and you can now check out its entire lineup of classes for free.
Opening in the Coral Gables neighborhood, Life. Feel Great Community is a “premier group fitness and lifestyle community that offers a wide variety of fun, high-energy workout classes and amenities in a welcoming contemporary space,” the company announced on their website.
And those classes, hosted in a 11,000 square foot space, include AntiGravity, indoor cycling, Pilates, barre, yoga, TRX, kettlebells, and Zumba.

The whole space features give impressive and temperature-controlled rooms, and also offers its guests access to a spa (that offers massages, IV therapy, and blowdrys) and even a fitness program for kids.
While the facility will ultimately offer 225 weekly classes once its fully up and running, until February 5th, they are offering free classes to the community. That means you can sample the workouts, check out the facilities, and even take a look at their fresh made-to-order cafe area (fittingly called the Commissary) before you buy a membership.

“We thought about everything when designing the space for our guests,” Co-Founder, Karina Frangulyan tells Stay Fit 305. “We wanted to create the ultimate luxury experience where they could come workout, refresh themselves in our spa facilities and eat at our healthy Commissary cafe.”
The space, designed so you don’t just work out and ditch, but sweat it out, shower off, and stay for a cool post-workout drink and snack.
Check out all of the free (for now) classes you can take at www.lifeofficial.com, and 301 Giralda Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida, to see it all for yourself.
