Nike Master Trainers are the fittest of the fit. You may know this to be true from the likes of Kirsty Godso and Traci Copeland. But have you met our latest source of fitness inspo, Nike’s Flor Beckmann?
Hailing from Texas, Flor is a fitness fanatic whose love affair started at an early age. With a mother who ran marathons, she was dishing out workout tips by the age of ten. Fast-forward a few years and she’s turned her passion into a career.
“I get to do what I love: spread a passion for exercise, teach women that being strong is beautiful and to be confident in their own skin,” says Beckmann.
But she’s not all fitness, and no fun; Flor may surprise you. She collects wine, wakes up to Outkast and smiles when she sweats. Meet Flor Beckmann.
