This week, celeb-beloved modern children’s brand, Lalo, opens its first-ever flagship in New York City. The dreamy 4,700 square foot space at 0 Bond Street in Noho offers moms and dads the ability to shop the direct-to-consumer darling in an immersive retail setting complete with a play café, stroller parking lot, and more. Lalo is the brainchild of Greg Davidson and Michael Wieder, two first-time fathers who set out to simplify shopping for a baby in response to the overwhelming and overcrowded marketplace with the brand’s launch in 2019. With a seamless online shopping experience and design-forward product solutions for parents, the brand is a sellout sensation and has amassed notable celebrity fans such as Blake Lively, Khloe Kardashian, Shay Mitchell, Jessica Alba and more. Lalo’s First-Ever NYC Flagship Store Is a Must-See
The flagship store draws inspiration from the modern family home with multiple zones of exploration that replicate a living room, dining room, nursing nook and more carved throughout. This offers parents and their little one’s the ability to experience the products as it would in their own home and with plenty of space to roam without the cramped aisles so often seen in major big box retailers selling children’s goods. The flagship also features interactive touch points such as a Play Café, a made-to-order play experience ordered right off the menu, recurring parenting seminars, a variety of ongoing classes hosted by Union Square Play, and stroller parking lot.
The Lalo NYC Flagship opened its doors on Thursday, November 18th at 0 Bond Street, New York, NY 10012. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10am-7pm and Sunday 12 pm – 6 pm. For more information, visit the Lalo website and socials.
