Next, you’ll get your caffeine fix from the in-house barista and knuckle down until midday when you can enjoy a collective break and choose to sit in on an educational session on the day’s topic (talks range from business to nutrition and everything in between). While you cultivate your Trivial Pursuit knowledge, brain food will be delivered to your desk in the form of a serotonin-approved lunch developed by expert nutritionists to stabilise mood and awaken the brain.
