For a no-weight option, burpees are great as not only are you working your entire body, but because you are going from a plank position to standing with your arms up overhead you are really hiking up your heart rate. The outcome? A major fat burn.
Squat Press
For a weighted option, I love a squat press. It works for all the major muscle groups and by adding the overhead press you are also hiking your heart rate up even higher. For the weight, I would recommend 2 dumbbells. Squat down with them at your chest and then push them up overhead as you come up to standing.
