We love these sustainable products.

Let’s face it, climate change is a problem that isn’t going away, and there’s never been a more important time like the present to think consciously about how we’re affecting the planet. There’s a lot that we can do to become more sustainable and it starts with making little changes that can impact our world, because let’s face it, no one is doing it for us, including the companies that are the biggest polluters of this planet. Companies are popping up everywhere that help us provide easy and accessible options to sustainable products. These companies opt for biodegradable packaging and/or recycle packaging, minimal plastic, and lower carbon emissions. So if you’re not in the market for a new car that’s completely electric, here are five of our favorite eco-friendly brands that you should be adding to your cart. Here Are the Eco-Friendly Brands You Should Be Adding to Your Cart

1) Thinc Eco

Thinc Eco is a sustainable kitchen and homewares brand, helping you change the way you think. Co-founders Andonia Kailis and Hannah Dunkley set out on a mission to educate families and young people about the impacts our everyday products are doing to the environment. They found that 90% of Australian consumers are concerned about environmental sustainability but aren’t doing anything about it. The brand sells a range of eco-friendly products, that are minimal and trendy, so you can be sustainable and stylish at the same time. Check out their Woven Bag and Bamboo Lunchbox, the perfect beach day essentials. Imagine a day by the ocean with one of these products! A total dream.

2) Who Gives A Crap

Who Gives A Crap have been changing the way we wipe since 2010. The company has developed a simple business model selling eco-friendly toilet paper made from recycled toilet paper and bamboo. All of their packaging is biodegradable and/or recycled. If that wasn’t enough, they also have a strong focus on philanthropy. 50% of their profits go to funding sanitation projects in the developing world. The company started Who Gives A Crap when they learnt that 2.4 billion people don’t have access to a toilet. That’s roughly 40% of the global population and means that around 289,000 children under five die every year from diarrhea diseases caused by poor water and sanitation. Next time you’re buying toilet paper, keep this amazing company in mind—their products are really amazing for our planet, way more than any regular toliet paper brand does. We love using this for better hygiene around an everyday product that can make us use a lot of manpower and waste on this planet.

3) Edible Beauty

Sustainable beauty is becoming more and more popular, and Edible Beauty is one of our favorites out there. Designed from glass, the packaging avoids the use of any plastics, whilst also protecting the product from any UV rays. They promise to use only sustainable, australian made, vegan and gluten free ingredients with the highest quality. Check them out if you’re looking to switch to a more sustainable beauty brand, it’s one that we absolutely love.

4) Ecostore

Ecostore set out on a mission to make it easier to keep your home clean whilst staying chemical free. Their plant and mineral-based products include cruelty free skincare, haircare, soaps, household cleaners and greywater safe laundry detergent and dishwashing products. Ecostore also uses a plastic free plastic, made out of 100% sugarcane. They opted for this nifty plastic replacement as it comes from a renewable source – and it actually removes carbon from our atmosphere. Sugarcane husks even generate bio-electricity, making the production of this product even more sustainable. Did you know that using your dishwasher actually saves more water than you washing your dishes in the sink? It’s because you running tons of water allows for more waste. Isn’t that interesting? The more you know.

5) Modibodi

Last but not least, Modibodi was founded to help people easily manage their periods, sweat and incontinence without the need for disposable sanitary items. Their leak-proof apparel provides a sustainable option to manage leaks, the products are designed to replace disposable tampons, pads and liners. Have your ever used leak-proof apparel? It’s one of our favorite ways to be more sustainable in life and you can barely feel the use of them—we absolutely love them for becoming a more sustainable person. They’re super easy to wash as well. Let us know, what’s your favorite product on the list?
