It automatically tracks your usual Fitbit stats including steps, calories burned, sleep, distance travelled, and overall active time, but perhaps the most innovative (and convenient) feature is Reminders to Move, which nudges you to stay active throughout the day. Sitting for long periods is not a good look, so we found that a little extra push to clock those steps doesn’t go astray.
The Fitness Experience
Similarly, the Fitbit Blaze offers an enhanced fitness experience with advanced fitness coaching, and the smart features you need to stay connected. We’re talking all-day activity tracking, call, text and calendar alerts, on-screen FitStar workouts as well as silent alarms. This incredibly versatile fitness watch is also as stylish as it is smart. We love the contemporary, oversized design, which can also be customised with different bands and frames, as well as the high-resolution, colour touchscreen.
