New York City's Chillhouse Just Launched Their Own Adaptogen Powders

Get ready to have your spa days become a lot more chilled. New York City’s Chillhouse – known for its trendy, Instagram-ready nail art – has expanded into a wellness cafe that now includes brand new moon dust-inspired adaptogen powders that’ll leave you rejuvenated, relaxed, and, of course, chilled.
The company launched their seven Chill Blends at their Lower East Side location recently but will roll them out nationally in early 2018. Offering a ton of different functions, in an extra cool package, the powders can be added to smoothies or mixed with nut milk for a DIY latte.

Get Me Golden

Chock full of turmeric, ginger root, coconut milk, cinnamon, and monk fruit (for sweetener), the Get Me Golden powder is an “all-in-one fix me up that supports your wellbeing from multiple angles,” Chillhouse says.
For those moments when you’re really craving some extra balance and want to reduce inflammation and boost your immunity (we get it, it’s winter), while also making your skin even more radiant, this is the drink for you.

Give Me Life

If you need a replacement for your usual coffee order, you’ll find fuel in ‘Give Me Life’. With maca as the main ingredient, it’s a “magical blend of mood and awareness-heightening adaptogens ready to put some pep in your step and then some,” they add.

Spin My Wheels

Ramp up your memory and improve your brainpower with a blend of astragalus root, maca, and more, that’ll “get you back on track with a powerful blend of mind-stimulating super ingredients.”

Make Me Glow

Time for a healthier glow, stat, this time with antioxidant and anti-aging gojis. “This combination of highly-potent ingredients is chock full of antioxidants and immune-boosting superfoods,” the company says. “Work it into your routine and reveal your inner radiance.”

Chill Me Out

Spoiler alert: we’re all here for the chill part of the deal. Between holidays, work, family and friends, it’s no surprise that our stress is at an all-time high. The Chill Me Out powder, full of ashwagandha, is “a blended formula of the chillest adaptogens around,” Chillhouse says.

Make Me Sleep

Finally, it’s time to wind down for the evening, and Chillhouse has the blend for that. Make Me Sleep is loaded with ziziphus 2 (a traditional calming Chinese herb) that’ll help you relax and doze off into a peaceful slumber.
The powders currently retail for US$30 for the 15-serving container and $52 for the 30-serving container. You can find more information at Chillhouse.com/cafe.
