The concept of wearing the headphones throughout a yoga class (yep, even during Down Dog!) is slowly, but surely, taking over the wellness world. And Sydney is leading the pack.
Sydney’s premier fitness studio Flow Athletic hosted their second Flow After Dark Silent Disco yoga class in collaboration with Silent Sounds. And with just over 350 yogis, it might have been the world’s largest silent yoga disco yet.
Held at Luna Park, said yogis were treated to 90 minutes of Vinyasa yoga led by Flow Athletic co-founder, yoga guru, and Amodrn contributor, Kate Kendall, whilst wearing wireless headphones and listening to the fluid beats of Sydney DJ, James Mack.
