Makeup by Mario’s Signature Lip Lift Hack
To create Mario’s Lip Lift, start by choosing your favorite shade of Makeup by Mario Ultra Suede™ Sculpting Lip Pencil and follow these simple steps:
- Slightly overline outside the upper lip line, paying most attention to the Cupid’s bow area – the Cupid’s bow should be more overlined then the outer corners. This makes lips appear fuller, more enhanced, and shortens the space between nose and lip.
- Next, slightly overline the center of the bottom lip line, then extend the liner upwards towards the outer corners of the mouth, moving the liner inside the lip line. This creates the illusion of a lifted lip, some even say .
- Softly diffuse and blend the lip liner from the corners inward with the custom brush on Mario’s Ultra Suede™ Sculpting Lip Pencil.
- Finish by applying a dab of your foundation or concealer to the brush, then clean up the edges of the lower lip (if necessary) so the liner is crisp – this creates an even greater lifted effect. Set the concealer with translucent powder for extended wear.
