There’s no denying we all love a cocktail or two. Long summer afternoons call for icy daiquiris, sultry date nights are spent sipping espresso martinis and we have cosmos with the girls when we are like ‘so Sex and the City.’
But when two becomes ten, chances are, Miss Bradshaw, you’ll wake up feeling less glamorous on Sunday. Hangover aside, cocktails also tend to be high in sugar and calories (after all, how do you think they make alcohol taste so good?), that is, until now.
Thanks to Melbourne-based juice company, Greene Street Juice Co. happy hour just got healthy with the launch of the Cosmopolitan Series, a range of cocktail-inspired, healthy elixirs.
“The Cosmopolitan Series is all about summer, happiness, health and celebration,” says founder, Natalie Warner.
As a limited edition range for summer, the Cosmo Series includes eight timeless cocktails, transformed into a healthier version of itself, sans alcohol. You’ll find camu camu in the mango daiquiri, kombucha in the mojito, kimchi juice in the Bloody Mary and raw cacao in the espresso mudslide.
Born in New York City, Greene Street Juice Co. was brought to Melbourne just over a year ago. After winning 2015 International Store of the Year at London’s prestigious Retail Week Interior Awards, the Greene St. crew were in dire need of a celebration, inspiring the development of the juice range.
“It is our way of celebrating, Greene Street Juice Co. style. We have had such a lovely experience since opening our doors just over a year ago and we can’t wait to celebrate with a ‘cosmo’ or two with our Greene Street Juice Co. community,” says Natalie.
