Fact: Ice cream is delicious—no matter the temperature or season. However, although it brings so much (temporary) comfort, most processed varieties are jam-packed with added sugar. That’s why we turn to a healthier alternative: homemade banana nice cream.
In case you didn’t know, frozen bananas whipped up in a food processor or blender taste a lot like ice cream. It’s just as delicious as the real thing (it’s true!) and super simple to make.
Case in point: Ahead you’ll find certified Health Coach, Australian TV presenter, author, dancer and mother, Rachael Finch‘s choc banana whip recipe from her upcoming online lifestyle program, Body Of Dance by Rachael Finch (B.O.D). Best of all, you can add any of your favourite healthy toppings to make this recipe your own!
