In the four years since Glossier launched in the US, it has become a household name across the country and expanded internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom. Now, founder Emily Weiss has even recruited Beyoncé: At last night’s Grammy Awards, Beyoncé’s makeup artist Sir John used the millennial favorite brand (and some L’Oréal Paris products) to create her red carpet look.
Her makeup artist, who is also has a makeup line in the works, applied Glossier’s Perfecting Skin Tint in Deep and Dark($26), Body Hero Daily Perfecting Cream, and the brand’s cult-hit brow gel: Boy Brow in brown($16). On Sir John’s Instagram, the makeup pro also shared a photo of the product lineup that you should probably go ahead and screenshot right now.
For her violet lips, he blended two YSL Tatouage Couture Liquid Matte Lip Stain shades: Fuchsia Intime and Carmine Encounter. He used L’Oréal Paris Infallible Total Cover Concealing and Contour Kit to contour Bey’s face, and used L’Oreal’s Glotion highlighter.
Glossier also announced on its Instagram overnight that Bey debuted a brand new Glossier product on the red carpet, cryptically captioning a photo of the award-winning artist: “Beyoncé wears ___ in ___ (coming soon)✨👀, Boy Brow in Brown, Body Hero Daily Perfecting Cream, and Perfecting Skin Tint in Dark + Deep ✨ @sirjohnofficial”
While we can’t know exactly which product they’re referring to, fans are speculating that it might be a brand new Glossier eye shadow on the way.
