9 Beauty Products Inspired By The Pantone 2018 Colour Of The Year

Back in the day, Pantone was a tool used mainly by graphic designers for selecting colours for print projects. But in 2018, its impact is much more far-reaching, with its annual ‘colour of the year’ setting trends across the fashion, beauty and interiors industries. In 2017, their pick was ‘greenery’, a fresh shade we saw everywhere throughout the year.
This year, The Pantone Color Institute has declared mystical, cosmic shade called Ultra Violet the colour of 2018. A royal and vibrant (but not quite neon) purple, the colour represents originality, visionary thinking and the mystery of what lies ahead.
