With summer coming to an end here in Australia it seems we’re counting down the last of the sweltering days. And while some of you may be rejoicing that your mid-morning jog won’t leave you with sunburn, for others this means the end of outdoor exercise altogether.

Classpass Bondi Summer Saturdays
Every Saturday in March, Bondi active wear label, Nimble will transform its beautiful new beachfront store into a fitness studio. In partnership with Classpass, Nimble’s boutique will offer classes ranging from barre to Pilates, high-intensity to yoga, followed by an exclusive shopping experience and refreshments. All classes are free and the first ten people to register walk away with sweat on their face and a goody bag under their arm.

Classpass Bondi Sunday Sunrise
Start your Sundays fresh this March with Hello Sunday Morning (HSM), a not-for-profit organisation encouraging a better drinking culture. In partnership with Classpass, HSM invite you to put down the bottle of wine Saturday evening and wake up on Sunday for an early morning sweat session lead by Evolution to Wellbeing personal trainers. Meeting at Bondi Pavilion at 7am, the workout includes a soft sand run followed by bodyweight exercises and finishes with a sunrise ocean dip. One week of feeling that good on a Sunday and chances are March will be dry.

Nike Training Club Tour Training
In the lead up to NTC Tour, Nike offer three free group fitness classes per week to get you primped and primed for the big day, all of which are lead by expert Nike Master Trainers. Already in full swing, the training schedule has workouts every Monday and Wednesday, as well as a special Saturday session onboard the MV Epicure-turned-Nike Just Do It-float. Yep, they’re on a boat around the harbour so you’ll be squatting to 360-degree harbour views – not a bad upgrade from your daily running route.

lululemon Barangaroo Yoga Series
As an initiative to help discover Sydney, lululemon are putting on a free 60-minute yoga class every Saturday throughout March at the newest suburb in town. To celebrate the opening, this weekend’s class (March 5) will be a special 90-minute power flow sequence to live music followed by a soothing yin practice to music by the Guardians. There’s space for 200 yogis at the Stargazer Lawn but due to popular demand, bookings are essential. The classes are complimentary but mats are BYO.

Live Life Get Active
Live Life Get Active is a social initiative in pursuit of a happier, healthier, fitter Australia. They offer free 45-minute outdoor fitness classes in over 50 locations across the country.
