Australia’s own Curtis Stone is the owner of the famous L.A. restaurant Gwen, which, complete with its own Butcher Shop, has popped up at Coachella 2018. But here’s the catch; in order to dine at this contemporary French/American pop-up restaurant, you must be a VIP ticket holder. Gwen will offer a $50 Prix Fixe menu featuring a number of mouth-watering, modern dishes such as grilled lamb ribs with burnt leek yoghurt, ‘shrimp on the barbie’ and grilled pork shoulder. Located just next to the Main Stage, the VIP area is sure to be filled with the talented celebs, and beautiful influencers. If you’re lucky, you might even catch The Weeknd enjoying a pre-set meal!

This health-food café is home of many celebrity sightings, plus they recently hosted Jay-Z’s birthday, and since Beyonce performed at Coachella, there’s potential to catch him at this spot again!
