Over the years, I’ve heard a lot of health complaints, especially from busy women. In fact, the complaints are mostly the same. They range from lack of energy to poor sleep, low immunity, anxiety, and too much stress. Yes, there are many common health conditions that affect us and are exacerbated by our 24/7, on-the-go lifestyles.
As a nutritionist, I’m a firm believer in maintaining a balanced, nourishing diet, but I also believe in the therapeutic benefit of supplements, and how they can help our bodies reach their full potential. I’ve personally found supplementing to be beneficial for my health, as it can provide additional nutrients that we may not always obtain from diet alone. This, in addition to the common health concerns I hear about, is what inspired me to create our very own high-purity multivitamin. It’s made using high-quality ingredients, which are backed by research. Here’s a run-down of five key ingredients I take morning and night, and are present in our new AM+PM Vitamin.
