Do it for the ‘gram dogs. Newly launched in NYC, Human’s Best Friend is a shareable experience built for pups and the humans who love them. Creatively crafted to celebrate all things dog, the indoor playground pop-up museum features eight cool technicolor environments fit for both your furry friend… and your Instagram feed.
The experiential design includes The Bone Yard (complete with a stocked Bone Bar), a pop-color dream dog house, a special toy pit, and a larger-than-life dog bowl, filled to the brim with tempting blue tennis balls. Each room has been curated by the design firm behind the Museum of Ice Cream and Refinery 29’s 29 Rooms. Yep, it’s a picture pawfect dogs’ dreamland.
No pup? No problem! The canine-centric world even features adoptable dogs, in partnership with over half a dozen local rescue organizations. Here’s the best part—Human’s Best Friend is an advocate for dogs and a platform to enhance the organizations who support them; 10% of profits will be donated to partner rescue organizations!
“As lifelong dog lovers, we’re thrilled to unleash our vision for a canine-centric experience that’s both fun and purposeful,” founders Brian Tovar and Jason Sherwood said in a statement. “Human’s Best Friend aims to surprise and delight both pets and owners, and also shine a light on the joys of adopting rescues.”
Human’s Best Friend is open in NYC through November 12th; be sure to buy your tickets in advance and click here for 7 tips on taking better Instagram shots of your fur baby.
