Step 1
Stand with feet wide. Toes out and heels in.
Step 2
Lift right heel, lower right heel. Then lift left heel, lower left heel. Repeat until you can feel the burn and then some. Try two minutes.
TOP TIP: If you’re looking for a challenge, try adding some hand weights and position them a little closer towards the knees to add load.
