You might not know Briohny Smyth, but we bet you’ve already seen her in the now-viral video first posted by Equinox in 2011. The video showed her flowing through her “typical” morning routine, effortlessly lifting herself into perfect handstands and bending her body into unbelievable shapes.
We caught up with her to see what she’s been up to since the video (newsflash: a LOT), how she balances having a family and being an in-demand master yoga teacher, and her healthy obsessions.
