You may remember that not too long ago we talked about silent disco yoga (if not, you can read about it here), and now we’ve got the inside scoop on where you can try it for yourself.
Sydney’s premier fitness studio Flow Athletic is teaming up with Silent Sounds for a one-off Flow After Dark Silent Disco yoga class and if you love yoga as much as we do, you’ll want to be involved.
To be held at Luna Park, you can expect 90 minutes of Vinyasa yoga led by Flow Athletic co-founder (and yoga guru), Kate Kendall, to the fluid beats of Sydney DJ, James Mack, whilst wearing wireless headphones.
This class promises to be a completely unique and immersive experience, where one can observe their own practice and focus on correct alignment. Considering the instructor and music will literally be in your head, it will feel like one-on-one private instruction, but in a less intimidating group setting.
So if you find yourself easily distracted (don’t worry, we’ve all been there), this may be the perfect opportunity for you to get your om on without any outside noises or interruptions.
“Always a highlight on the Flow Athletic events calendar, Flow After Dark is an incredibly special event that intends to bring together a community of like-minded people who share the same enthusiasm for remarkable experiences in remarkable locations. I most look forward to the energy. It’s electric, energising and soulful all the same time,” said Flow Athletic co-founder, Kate Kendall.
We recommend picking up tickets before they sell out, because we guarantee they will!
