You may not have heard of Singapore-based yoga teacher, Jasmine Chong, but it’s time to take note. The agile and fearless yogi has been practising for over seven years, and recently opened her own boutique studio, Yoga Lab.

Wake up time: Briefly at 5am to feed the dog. And officially at 630am. Morning ritual: Warm lemon water, brush teeth, cleanse face, SK-II, yoga clothes. Desk lunch: Japanese.
