Lives: Bondi Beach.
Known for: Health and wellness coach, TV personality.
Personal motto: To thy known self be true.
Success is: Being truly happy in yourself and being of service to your community.
Advice I would give my 20 yr. old self: Figure out your top values and live your life accordingly…keep expanding your comfort zone!
People are surprised that I: Can play a mean piano.
I’m inspired by: The Rock…. He came from nothing, very inspirational and is always ‘the hardest worker in the room.’
The biggest risk I have taken (that has paid off) is: Going on national TV to find love!
From my mistakes, I have learnt: Don’t let someone pull you away from living your life to your values.
My most used emoji is: The wink with the tongue poking out.

Wake up time: 7-8am.
Morning ritual: Coffee, read paper and plan my day, if not done the day before.
Desk lunch: Usually do intermittent fasting so lunch is usually something containing eggs!
Last thing I do at night: I am trying not to, but it usually involves checking social media. I just bought a kindle so now it shall be reading!
Guilty pleasure: A glass or 2 of red wine.
3 things vital to my day: Something that makes me sweat, getting 1000 things done, a good ‘to do’ list (on an organised day).
Cafe: Tiger Mottle or About Life.
Juice: Green vegetable.
Coffee: Ristretto piccolos or the Maple Mottle from Tiger Mottle.
Culture stop: I travel every chance I can, whether Domestic or International… I love to spread my wings!
Studio/gym: Fitness First, Power Living or an Outdoor Gym
