It gives you a chance to try everything from Bollywood dancing to trigger point therapy from anywhere in the world. Pretty much any type of workout you could think of, you’ll be able to find in Booya’s extensive on-demand library.

Peloton Cycle
Spin classes seem like something you’d need to actually leave the house to do. Yet somehow, the clever folks at Peloton Cycle have managed to bring cycle classes to you. By purchasing one of their stationary bike’s with a virtual touchscreen, you can access over 1000 live or in demand cycling classes from world-class instructors. You can track your own metrics or if you need a little friendly competition to motivate you, even compete with other users on a real-time leaderboard! Currently, Peloton is only available in the US but they have plans to expand worldwide. You can get updates on when they’ve launched in your region by registering at their website.

Barre Body Online
Unfortunately, not everyone is lucky enough to live near one of Barre Body’s gorgeous Sydney or Melbourne studios. The good news is, their new online service allows you to access their challenging-yet-fun barre classes anywhere and anytime!
