7 Online Workout Programs That Are Way Cheaper Than A Gym Membership

Get fit from the comfort of your own living room.

It’s that time of year when all the gyms are absolutely packed with the ‘New Year’s resolution’ crowds. Motivation to exercise is at an all time high – and so is gym class attendance! Couple that with the scorching heat and you’ve got yourself a rather unpleasant place to be during the Australian summer. But that doesn’t mean you have to pack away your training shoes just yet. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, you can smash out an awesome workout from the comfort of your own home (under the fan or air con!)
Don’t worry, we’re not going to make you pull out your mum’s dusty old aerobic videotapes from the 90s. As long as you have an internet connection and a computer, tablet or smartphone, you can stream workouts from some amazing trainers all over the world. It’s pretty much like having a personal trainer come to your home, except you can wear your PJs! Whether you’re into spin, barre, dance or boxing, there’s an online workout for everybody. Here are some of our newest faves to hit the web:
