According to Anami, every woman has the potential for orgasm from different types of stimulation. Even if you’ve never reached climax through vaginal intercourse, that doesn’t mean it can’t happen for you—it just means that you might need a little more foreplay time, or to trust your body a little more. The average woman needs about 35 minutes of foreplay and stimulation before she is considered completely aroused and ready for sex—and when you’re completely aroused, you’re far more likely to reach orgasm!
Another surprising fact from Anami? Women should have an orgasm virtually every day. I know what you’re thinking: “I’m lucky if I have one a few times a week!” Regular orgasms actually keep the reproductive system healthy and can help balance hormones. Think about it like exercise for your lady parts—regular exercise keeps you healthy, fit, and vital for longer. That’s exactly how you want your sex life to be!
