We’re never not looking for the next greatest workout to hit LA.
We’ve tried almost everything—acro yoga, trampoline classes, infrared heated yoga—and of course, we have our favorites. But one of our favorite websites to visit to check out for new and up-and-coming workout studios? Surprisingly, it’s ClassPass.
ClassPass users are savvy and pretty discerning, and they love fitness as much as we do. Plus, those fitness fiends really get around—so we trust their honest judgment when it comes to the best (and worst) workouts in town. Keep scrolling for LA’s best fitness studios, according to ClassPassers.
Lit Method
We’ve waxed poetic about Lit Method’s incredible classes before. But it seems that ClassPass users can’t get enough of the sweaty, low-impact workout. Clients love that there’s no running, jumping, or weight lifting involved—but that they still get their cardio in.
Prevail Boxing
It seems like 2017 was the year that every supermodel decided to take up boxing. No doubt that it’s a killer full body workout—but walking into a boxing gym can be pretty intimidating. Thankfully, celebrity-fave studio Prevail Boxing makes lacing up your gloves easy and inclusive. The instructors are informed and kind, and the crew is motivated and fun. Plus, we always get a great workout when we hit up class.
Fitmix Studio

Part cardio treadmill workout, part Pilates strength class, Fitmix Studio offers the best of both worlds to clients. Be sure to hop into class with Diana, the co-owner—she’s hilarious and brutally hard (in a good way!) on the tread!
Speedplay
Xaiver Quimbo is one of our favorite instructors in LA—not only is he motivating, knowledgeable, and innovative, but he’s also the owner of Speedplay. We love the method—the circuits at Speedplay are effective and challenging—and especially love the view from the top of the Beverly Hills studio.
Bespoke Cycling Studio
One of the few fitness studios in DTLA, Bespoke Cycling is relatively new to the LA fitness scene. But the studio has made quite the splash—with a whopping 4.9 out of 5 stars on ClassPass, it’s a clear winner! Soulcycle, who?
Studio Elevate
Culver City peeps looking for a killer megaformer class, we’ve got your covered. Studio Elevate is the fan favorite for megaformer Pilates in LA, and it’s conveniently located on the border of Venice and Culver City for all the Westsiders!
Sweat Garage
Looking for a Barry’s Bootcamp-style workout without the Barry’s Bootcamp attitude (you know what we’re talking about …)? Check out Sweat Garage in West Hollywood. ClassPass users love it for its inclusive vibe and hardcore workouts.
Set and Flow Yoga
Winner of the “Best Yoga Studio in Los Angeles” in 2017, Set and Flow Yoga already has a great reputation. Users love its clean studios, amazing sound system, and excellent amenities. Priorities, right?
Ballet Bodies
Surprisingly, Ballet Bodies is the only barre studio on that makes the ClassPass-most loved list. Located right in the heart of West Hollywood, Ballet Bodies is a dance-inspired workout complete with trampolines, ballet barres, and lots of tucking and pulsing.
Rise Nation
Keep your eyes on the prize. #RiseNation

Is it any coincidence that Rise Nation made the top ten list for ClassPass users and it happens to be a local celebrity hangout? Maybe … maybe not.
